We’re delighted to welcome Susanne Hudson to Aqualogic as our new Head of People.
Susanne brings over 30 years of HR leadership across diverse sectors — including water services — and joins us at a time of exciting growth and transformation. Her experience spans retail, financial services, construction, engineering, and consultancy, with recent roles supporting wastewater and water quality businesses.
At Aqualogic, Susanne will play a key role in:
- Enhancing our professional leadership
- Supporting contract expansion, renewals, and awards across the UK
- Driving improvements in HR systems and career development
- Championing wellbeing and inclusive workplace practices
She’ll be supporting our team from Ty Dŵr – Aqualogic’s new Home of Water in Cowbridge, Cardiff, and is already bringing energy, warmth, and vision to the role.
Susanne is a passionate advocate for workplace wellbeing, having served on the Mindful Employer steering group and as a Suicide Prevention Champion. She’s committed to making Aqualogic a great place to work — where people feel supported, empowered, and engaged.
Outside of work, Susanne is relocating to Penarth to embrace coastal life. She enjoys Nordic walking, travel (especially Portugal), and food — though she jokes that she’s more likely to burn toast than cook a meal! She’s also planning to join the Dawnstalkers and volunteer with the RNLI.
