Aqualogic Leads the Way in Sustainability with Green Growth Pledge PLUS
January 23, 2026The UK water sector is facing one of its most significant periods of change in decades. As we approach 2025, the industry is entering AMP8. This isn’t just another investment cycle. It is a “sector-wide reset”.
The pressure is on to deliver real results. Utilities must reduce leakage by a mandated 17%, handle increasingly volatile climate conditions, and accelerate digital transformation. To meet these challenges, the sector needs to recruit up to 100,000 skilled roles over the next five years.
Aqualogic is Stepping Up
We are taking decisive steps to ensure we continue to lead in leakage reduction, demand management, and digital field services.
We are currently scaling our team. Having recently reached 270 personnel, we forecast growing to 330 by the end of this financial year. This gives us the national coverage and resource depth required to support our utility partners through the demands of AMP8.
To support this step-change in capability, we are strengthening our Board and leadership structure.
