Aqualogic is a growing water conservation and demand management business working with water companies across the UK. We combine practical field delivery, technical expertise and a people-focused approach to help reduce waste, improve performance and strengthen long-term resilience.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Leakage Reporting Analyst who will work with data generated by our leakage teams to help clients achieve their leakage-reduction targets as efficiently as possible. You will have primary responsibility for analysing and interpreting leakage performance data and be accountable for validating data accuracy and integrity to ensure it can be confidently used in monthly payment and performance review meetings.
You will work with established data models to ensure that key leakage components - such as NRR (Natural Rate of Rise), P&E (Performance and Efficiency), night use allowances, and hour-to-day conversion factors are accurate, consistent, and robust.

What we will expect from you
- Experience working with data analysis, ideally within the water industry, utilities, or a performance-driven operational environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into clear, actionable insights
- Proven experience in data cleansing, validation, and quality assurance processes
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to data handling and problem-solving
- Experience of working collaboratively within cross-functional teams, including operational and technical colleagues
- Proficiency in MS365 tools include advanced Excel; PowerBI is essential
- Desirable - experience with leakage reporting systems Waternet & Netbase and supplier portals of WaterCore and DataGate
