We are looking for a Contracts Supervisor to support our Digital Surveyor field-based teams operating across Bristol, Wessex, Bournemouth, Portsmouth and SES region (Surrey/Kent).  You will play a key role in supporting the Project Managers across the Southwest region. You will be expected to provide operational support across the contract, assuring quality of service is maintained as well as the health, safety and wellbeing within the teams.

What we will expect from you

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
• Experience working as a team leader/supervisor, ideally within the water industry, utilities, or a performance-driven operational environment
• Experience of working collaboratively within cross-functional teams, including operational, technical and support services colleagues
• Computer literate with proficiency in MS365 tools
• Desirable - experience of digital surveying or/and leakage detection
