James Lees appointed as Client Services Contracts Director

Welcoming James to help grow and strengthen our Client Services Division, as the business continues to expand across the UK.

We’re pleased to welcome James Lees to Aqualogic as Client Services Contracts Director. James joins us on 6 July, supporting our Client Services Director Jonathan Adler, and steps into a senior role as the Client Services Division continues to grow.

James brings a strong technical and contracts background to the role. He joins from the Water Research Centre (WRc), where he was Technical Director, leading the WRc Approved and Assurance business areas alongside the centre’s Water Efficiency and Water Regulations activities. Before WRc, he spent twelve years at Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water in roles including Leakage Delivery Manager for the South West, Networks Contracts Manager and Network Services Manager. It’s the kind of frontline, technical grounding that fits the way we work: practical, hands-on and close to delivery.

He first qualified at Cardiff University in Marine Geography and has since added PRINCE2, NEBOSH and ILM Level 5, along with a range of testing and auditing accreditations.

As Client Services Contracts Director, James will support Jonathan Adler, our Client Services Director and oversee key account management across the division, helping make sure clients get a consistent, high-quality experience from first contact through to ongoing support. His appointment is part of a wider phase of investment in the business, and in the people and capability behind it.

It also says something about how Aqualogic is growing. We’re a business with national reach and a culture where people genuinely look out for each other, where leadership stays close to the work, and where the focus is firmly on doing work that matters: helping the UK waste less water and manage it more intelligently. James joins a team built around exactly that.

“I’m delighted to welcome James to the team. His experience across the water sector speaks for itself, and he shares the practical & collaborative way that we approach our work. He’ll be a real asset to the Senior Leadership Team as we continue to grow our Client Services offering.”

Ashley Williams, Chief Growth Officer

Welcome to the team, James.

Wayne Arscott Appointed as Water Services Director

Aqualogic is delighted to appoint Wayne Arscott as our new Water Services Director.

Wayne joins us with a wealth of experience from the UK water sector, most recently serving as Water Networks Director at Wessex Water. During his time there, he led high-performing teams and spearheaded improvements in leakage performance and operational response.

His career also includes senior operational and strategic roles at South West Water and Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water, giving him a robust portfolio in network optimisation and emerging technologies.

Wayne’s leadership supports Aqualogic’s next phase of growth as we expand our network services and demand-management programmes. His expertise aligns perfectly with our commitment to delivering efficient, technology-enabled water solutions across the UK.

Ashley Williams, Executive Director at Aqualogic, commented:

“Having kept in touch with Wayne since he welcomed me to his team at Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water over 15 years ago, I am absolutely delighted he is joining us. This is a clear statement of intent for a new era at Aqualogic. It is genuinely exciting to have him join us as we develop new services and deliver increasingly ambitious programmes. I have no doubt he will make a huge impact on our future success.”
