Aqualogic Welcomes New Operations Manager

Aqualogic is pleased to announce the appointment of James Doran as Operations Manager, bringing with him over 20 years of distinguished service in the Royal Navy. James’s extensive military background, combined with his leadership experience and technical expertise, make him a valuable addition to the Aqualogic team.

Starting his Royal Navy career as a Medical Assistant, James also served as a Biomedical Scientist and a Commissioned Officer. His diverse naval career included 3 tours of Helmand Province, a period in the Submarine Service and leading Officer Cadets through their Initial Navy Training, at the world-renowned Britannia Royal Naval College Dartmouth.

James played a key Military Assistance to Civilian Authorities (MACA) role during COVID-19, when he was embedded at Headquarters NHS England. His work in this capacity involved monitoring and briefing on the uptake of the vaccination within each of the Nation’s 7 NHS Regions, advising as to how increased uptake may be achieved and implementing quality improvements.

At Aqualogic, James will be responsible for overseeing the businesses’ operations, driving process improvements, and ensuring the company continues to deliver high-quality service and innovative solutions to its clients. His leadership and operational insight will strengthen Aqualogic’s commitment to excellence.
