THE CONTEXT
Every site is different
The programme covers manufacturing sites, education sites, sports facilities, hotels, leisure sites and other commercial premises. Each varies in size, operating hours, water use and the condition of its fittings.
THE CHALLENGE
From warm lead to measurable saving
Severn Trent Water needed a structured way to convert warm leads into completed audits, water-saving work and measurable reductions in use. Each site needed a detailed assessment, quick fixes on the first visit and a clear, evidenced route for larger remedial work.
our approach
Audit, report, approve, return
Severn Trent Water passes each lead to Aqualogic. We contact the customer, confirm the site details and book the first visit.
An Aqualogic plumber audits the site and completes any installations or repairs that can be done there and then. We then produce a site report covering operating patterns, flow rates, fittings, leaks, work completed, recommendations and estimated savings.
Once the report is approved, we return to complete the agreed work. Power BI dashboards track every stage, from leads and bookings to conversion, remedial visits and savings.

what this proves
A controlled route from lead to saving
Phase 1 is saving an estimated 551,433 litres a day, around 201.3 million litres a year. Phase 2 work completed by September 2026 is saving a further 261,541 litres a day, around 95.5 million litres a year, with 18 more sites awaiting a second visit.
The first visit gives a clear picture of how each site uses water and delivers quick wins. The report gives Severn Trent Water the evidence to approve further work, and the second visit completes it.
In Phase 2, 86% of identified leaking toilets were repaired during the audit or referral process.
