2023 sees 27001 for Aqualogic!

At Aqualogic we are delighted to announce that we have now been officially certified for ISO/IEC 27001, the world’s best-known standard for information security management systems.  As well as the health and safety of people, the health and safety of our information and data is always a priority.  

Not only does the ISO standard evidence the necessary know-how for protecting data, but it also demonstrates a high standard of general security. The certification confirms a systematic approach to managing client data and information and maintaining its safety and security throughout the process.

Achieving the ISO 27001 demonstrates the company commitment to ongoing improvement and raising the bar within the industry.

Since inception in 2004, we have carefully and securely looked after literally millions of customer records required to carry out water efficiency and demand management activities for a range of clients including water companies, water retailers and a host of private companies aware of the benefits of water conservation.  

Since 2015 we have been working with Southern Water providing water efficiency home visits to their customer base and carried out over 50k visits handling hundreds of thousands of customer records. One client contract manager commented: “We have always had the utmost confidence in Aqualogic and their ability to handle our customer data, now, with the recent ISO 27001 accreditation, we can be further assured that data is being rigorously protected and that Aqualogic is compliant to the highest standard for information security.”
