COVID-19 Disruption

Update 4th June 2020

Following many weeks of stringent lockdown across the whole of the UK, we are at last and cautiously entering new phases of permissible activities/functions within homes, work and leisure. Some sectors and UK regions are pushing forward with the reopening of schools, shops and non essential services, which does mean that so long as safety measures are in place, we can once again support our customers.

The good news is that Aqualogic are almost fully operational now. We have taken great care to evaluate the associated risks related to how we can return to visiting our customer sites. We have rigorously followed all governments guidelines, referred to the HSE and consulted with a range of customers and staff.  The following is an overview of our assurances:

• We have procured all of the necessary PPE that will allow us to protect our staff and our customers.
• We have also revised all of the relevant safe systems of work, risk assessments and method statements.
• We have and are consulting with all of the staff who are returning to work and ensuring that all concerns are met.
• We are allowing visitors to our places of work, so long as our guidelines and control measures can be met.
• We have configured our workplaces to ensure that we comply with the Governments 5 steps to being Covid Secure.

From mid June 2020 we will be scheduling all Water Efficiency Services in non household premises. We are anticipating visiting homes around August 3^rd. We have commenced with our pioneering Virtual Digital Auditing experience to help those who don’t want a visit, but would appreciate a digitally distanced consultation.
