Aqualogic is a growing water conservation and demand management business working with water companies across the UK. We combine practical field delivery, technical expertise and a people-focused approach to help reduce waste, improve performance and strengthen long-term resilience.

We are looking for experienced Leak Detection Engineers based throughout our operating region across South Wales, the South West of England around Exeter and the South Coast/East Sussex area (Portsmouth and Redhill through to Gatwick). The role will require using your expertise to resolve complex operational issues that will include detecting both proactive and reactive leaks on our clients’ network using a combination of methods.  This position will suit an experienced leakage engineer who wants to progress within a growing company.

Why join Aqualogic

Aqualogic is an established business with strong roots, real momentum and genuine opportunity. We are growing quickly, but we have kept a practical, supportive and less hierarchical culture than many larger competitors. For the right person, this is an opportunity to join a serious business doing work that matters, with the chance to grow and develop as the company continues to expand.

What candidates can expect from Aqualogic

  • A growing national business with local teams and regional opportunities
  • Meaningful work in a sector that matters
  • A practical, supportive and people-focused environment
  • Visible opportunities to develop and progress as the business grows
  • The chance to be part of a business with real momentum and long-term ambition

What we will expect from you

  • Extensive leak detection experience with keen attention to detail
  • Work accurately whilst meeting KPIs and achieving data capture targets without compromising quality
  • Operate effectively both independently and as part of a regional specialist team across urban and rural sites, supporting leak reduction programmes.
  • Identify, pinpoint, and verify leaks using specialist equipment and undertake valve operations and step testing.
  • Liaison with clients and project teams to log and manage confirmed leaks, always representing the company professionally.
  • Advanced knowledge of leakage detection techniques, water network hydraulics, and monitoring tools, whilst contributing to process improvements
  • A clean UK manual driving licence.
  • Vocational Achievements NVQ/C&G
  • Water Hygiene, Street works and Manual handling accreditation.

For more details about this role, please see the accompanying job description.

We want Aqualogic to be a place where people can build careers as the business grows, with real opportunities to develop, take on more responsibility and progress over time. If this sounds like a company you want to be part of, please use the form below to submit your CV.
