Our people are what make Aqualogic work. We are a skilled, mixed team, from apprentices taking their first steps in the industry to experienced engineers, consultants, plumbers, auditors and technical specialists, brought together by one shared aim: using water more intelligently.
The culture is open, practical and supportive, with less hierarchy than you might expect and a genuine willingness to help each other out. With teams across the UK, we offer real opportunities, strong training and the chance to build a long career. Many of our people have done exactly that, moving from field roles into supervisory, project and management positions.

Ben Rice
Chief Operations Officer
Ben leads on operations and governance, helping Aqualogic deliver at pace and with confidence. With two decades guiding the business through growth and change, he focuses on building resilient operations and practical water conservation outcomes.
Ashley Williams
Chief Growth Officer
Ashley leads our growth, shaping how we expand our services and strengthen our work across the water sector. He joined Aqualogic in 2011 and has built much of the market and partnership activity behind that growth.
Jonathan Adler
Client Services Director
Jonathan leads Client Services, making sure customers get a consistent, high-quality experience from first contact through to ongoing support. He brings strong commercial insight and a deep understanding of the UK water sector.
Wayne Arscott
Water Services Director
Wayne leads our Water Services Division, bringing extensive experience from senior roles across the UK water sector, including Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water, South West Water and Wessex Water. He joined the Aqualogic board in 2025 and is recognised for his expertise in leakage detection and frontline delivery.

Beyond the leadership team
Behind the leadership team is a much larger workforce: field engineers and technicians, leakage and metering teams, plumbers and auditors, data and consultancy specialists, and the office and call-centre teams who keep everything running. The breadth is the point. It is what lets us work across the whole of water conservation, from the network to the customer’s tap.
